Our Roast Pork and Charsiew are roasted over charcoal daily on-site. We insist on traditional charcoal roasting so that the meats have an aromatic charred flavour. The slow roasting process also locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the meat juicy and succulent. Instead of plain white rice, we serve the meat alongside oily, fragrant rice and our very own house-made chilli sauce. We also have a selection of double-boiled soups.
