Founded in 2014, Yo Ban Mian was created with a mission to deliver delicious and good quality ban mian to the masses. Our dedication to perfecting our ban mian is reflected even in small details, like how we handmade the pork balls, which are developed using a secret recipe. We even created our version of sambal chilli to pair with our dry ban mian. For the soup, we use 100% pork broth, made from simmering premium quality pork hind leg. This gives it a clean and homemade taste. The ban mian noodles are freshly cut on site, so they remain springy and chewy after cooking.

To keep things exciting for our customers, we have innovations such as Goma Sauce noodles, Hoty Pork Floss (spicy pork floss) noodles and Bakkwa noodles. This has extended to sides such as Nan Ru Pork Belly (南乳五花) and Bakkwa Spring Roll (肉干春卷).
